Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions along with any other policies or guidelines
posted on this site shall govern your use of this site. If you visit our site
or make a purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Please read through them before making a purchase. Purchasing tickets from
a ticket broker can is different than buying directly from the box office
or their agent (i.e. TicketMaster).
1. Purchasing
We provide you with the service of locating tickets for you that are typically
not available through normal channels so most tickets are purchased specifically
for you upon your placement of an order. Because you are buying from an independent
ticket broker, the price is based on a market price, NOT the original price
printed on the tickets. As such, the price you pay is typically substantially
higher than the price printed on the tickets.
2. Returns
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is
submitted to us. This is necessary because we have purchased tickets from
the listing seller on your behalf and we are unable return them. Please order
tickets only after you are certain you want them. If you would like to sell
the tickets that you purchased from us you can contact our consignment department.
If you originally purchased those tickets from us and we are able to sell
your tickets our consignment fees for selling your tickets will be waived
and you will receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for, up to the amount
that you paid for them. Since consignment tickets are your property you need
communicate with us as to the price you want for your tickets and if and when
you want your tickets returned to you in the event that they do not sell.
3. Prices & Seating
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED. Since tickets
are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any
time. When we fill the order if the price has risen you can cancel your order
and your credit card will not be charged. We will never charge you more than
you authorized. Since we represent thousands of ticket sellers and season
ticket holders who all post tickets for sale on our website, we cannot be
responsible for typographical errors within the inventory listed for sale.
When an error is found while processing your order you will be notified of
the error and provided with other seating choices (if available) and also
be given the option to cancel your order. Please check your tickets carefully
once they arrive. Any discrepancies need to be brought to our attention within
48 hours after receiving your tickets in order to ensure the error can be
rectified.
In the event the exact tickets you requested are not available we reserve
the right to automatically upgrade your seats at no charge to a closer section
or row.
4. Credit Card Purchases
Please note that purchases by credit card do not grant you any variances
from our terms and conditions. You are still responsible for complying with
our terms and conditions. Any attempts to defraud us may result in legal action
brought against you.
5. Order Processing
You will receive an e-mail immediately after you place your ticket request
confirming that we have received it. This does not confirm availability or
prices. It only indicates that we have received your request for those tickets.
You will receive an additional email once your order has been filled. Just
because you have not yet received an order confirmation does not mean that
we have not begun performing our service or already purchased the tickets
you requested on your behalf. If you do not receive an order confirmation
or updated status, please call our office to check on your order. NEVER assume
your order is cancelled simply because you have not yet been contacted by
us. Online orders placed over the weekend or after 5PM our local time weekdays
may not be processed until the next business day.
6. Event Dates and Times
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject
to change. This is especially true for sporting events that are subject to
television scheduling conflicts. It is important that you check with the local
media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date. It is YOUR responsibility
to ensure you show up at the event when it actually takes place.
7. Delivery
TICKETS MAY NOT SHIP OUT IMMEDIATELY. Sometimes the primary ticket seller
does not ship their ticket out right away. We will still sell those tickets,
even though they may not be available for immediate delivery. You may place
the order, and once we CONFIRM the order, it is confirmed, the ticket might
not arrive until later, sometimes as late as the day before the event. This
is not the norm, but it does happen sometimes. Once we confirm an order, it
does GUARANTEE the ticket. In the event a confirmed seat is undeliverable,
we will upgrade you at no charge. If we are unable to provide an upgrade,
our liability shall be limited to 200% of the purchase price. We assume no
liability for travel, lodging or other incidental expenses.
All deliveries are made via an express delivery service (FedEx, Express Mail,
Messenger, etc.) and most deliveries will require a signature. It is your
responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You also agree to provide
us with a secure delivery location and authorize anybody at that address to
act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. If for any reason
your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered we will attempt
to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable
or you refuse delivery of your tickets we will place the tickets back for
sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all
of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets
however if no communication can be made we will price them appropriately to
attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. This may be substantially
less than you paid in some cases in an attempt to get you something for your
tickets instead of having them expire worthless. However, if the tickets are
not sold by the event date, we will return your tickets to you shortly after
the event. It is always in your best interest to remain in contact with us
regarding the pricing of your tickets. You also have the right at any time,
before we sell them, to request your tickets to be sent back to you prior
to your event date. Simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner
that will get them back to you in time for your event. Please take into account
any potential delays such as adverse weather conditions as we are not responsible
under any circumstances for timely delivery of your consignment tickets.
8. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Even though you have not received the tickets
yet, we have already committed to purchasing tickets for you by the time your
order is confirmed.
9. Lost or Stolen Tickets
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be
replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight
or heat can damage some tickets.
10. Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rain out,
earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike or lockout we will provide
a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges
are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE BY THE WITHIN
14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets
via certified mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event no refunds will be made.
You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that
is still available. In all other cases mentioned above we will attempt in
every case to obtain a refund from the original seller of the tickets however,
no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed.
11. Postponed Events
If an event is postponed the tickets will be honored for the new date of
the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. Since we are not able to
obtain a refund on the tickets that we purchased for you we are in turn not
able to offer customers refunds on postponed events. If you cannot make the
new date we can only offer to waive the fees charged by our consignment department.
If we are able to sell your tickets you would receive 100% of the amount that
we sell them for up to the price that you paid. Concert Connection will make
every attempt possible to sell consignment tickets ahead of any other tickets
listed for that event.
12. Tax and Shipping Charges
You are responsible for paying any sales taxes that may be applicable to
your local jurisdiction.
13. Translation Policy
In the event that any statement in any translated version of this web site
conflicts with the English version, the statement in the English version shall
prevail.
14. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel
related expenses under any circumstances unless those items are specifically
included as part of a package. Nor are we responsible for any delay causing
you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Any actions by our company
that do result in you missing your event will be rectified with our liability
not exceeding 100% of your total purchase price.
We are not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at
any event.
The tickets that you purchase from us are valid and if someone is sitting
in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move
or ask an usher to seat you.
In the event that we are required to seek legal remedies to recover fees
and/or resolve disputes, Client agrees that we are entitled to recover all
costs associated with such action by the client, including but not limited
to reasonable attorney's and administrative fees.
